PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize that includes:

PRIZE VALUE: $644.50

TIMING: (July 1, 2008 to July 31, 2008)

ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and legal residents of Canada, eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of Lenat & Partners, Inc., Fisherman’s Wharf Community Benefit District, its member attractions, their respective parents, immediate family (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer, and director are not eligible. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Fisherman’s Wharf Community Benefit District and Lenat & Partners, Inc., which are final and binding in all respects.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.visitfishermanswharf.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. One (1) entry per email address.

SELECTION OF WINNER: One winner will be randomly selected from all entries received. Winner will be notified on or about August 6, 2008. Potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by mail, phone, or email within ten (10) days of the drawing. Except where prohibited, potential winner will be required to sign and return to Lenat & Partners, Inc., within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize. If potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. In that event, an alternate entrant will be selected.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees that Lenat & Partners, Inc., and the Fisherman’s Wharf Community Benefit District, member organizations, including, but not limited to The Mariott at Fisherman’s Wharf, The Franciscan, Buena Vista Café, Aquarium At The Bay, PIER 39 their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and the agents, employees, directors and officers of these companies (the “Released Parties”) are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from winner’s participation in this Sweepstakes.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network, hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in Sweepstakes, receipt or use or misuses of any price, or from downloading any material from www.visitfishermanswharf.com
