local fishermen often offer fun bay cruises aboard

on their menus during crab season. You can also

is crab season? |
|
Crab
season runs from November through June in
California, but the abundance of Dungeness crab
is available from November through January. Be

local sports fishing salmon season begins in May
and runs through November, and the peak months
are in June, July and August. |

from Fisherman’s Wharf. All of the sports
fishing operators below offer fishing trips in

The
best time of the year to see the sea lions at
PIER 39 is
late July through May. During the summer months
sea lions travel down the California coast for
their mating season. |

While we love your pet, please keep Fido on a
leash at all times, and pets are not allowed in
restaurants. Several hotels in the area including
